Ireland’s Primary Schools Under Siege: McEntee’s Curriculum Pushes Radical Gender Brainwashing on Innocent Kids, Fuelling a Pharma-Fuelled Agenda

Enough is enough. In a brazen assault on childhood innocence and parental rights, Ireland’s Minister for Education and Youth, Helen McEntee, has rammed through a revamped primary school curriculum that shoves sexual orientation and gender fluidity down the throats of fifth and sixth class pupils—kids as young as 10 or 11 who should be mastering multiplication tables, not mulling over bisexuality or attractions to “more than one gender.” This isn’t education; it’s state-sponsored indoctrination, straight out of the progressive playbook that’s turning schools into ideological battlegrounds. Schools are meant to teach children how to think critically—math, history, geography, physics—not brainwash them into swallowing the government’s woke dogma on fluid identities and non-binary nonsense. Our children are being systematically programmed in classrooms and universities alike, force-fed a relentless diet of gender ideology that erodes their natural understanding of biology, family, and society, all under the guise of “inclusion.” This brainwashing isn’t accidental; it’s a calculated effort to mold young minds into compliant followers of elite agendas, stripping away critical thinking and replacing it with unquestioning acceptance of radical concepts that confuse and harm. When did the classroom become a recruitment centre for the latest cultural revolution?

Launched on September 22, 2025, this so-called “redeveloped” curriculum mandates that upper primary students “begin to understand sexual orientation as describing attraction to someone of a different gender, the same gender, or more than one gender.” McEntee brushes off the uproar as “misinformation,” insisting it’s all about “respect” and “inclusion.” But let’s call it what it is: a Trojan horse for gender ideology, priming vulnerable minds for concepts that have no place in primary education. These kids are still losing teeth to the tooth fairy—why on earth are we forcing them to grapple with adult sexual politics? The curriculum’s SPHE (Social, Personal, and Health Education) strand sneaks in discussions of diverse relationships and identities, using resources like the “Busy Bodies” series to normalise what traditional Irish families rightly see as an attack on biological reality. This shift prioritises ideological conformity over core academics, eroding the foundations of a sound education system that once focused on facts, not feelings.

For now—mark my words, only for now—parents retain the right to withdraw their children from these insidious sex education classes, as grudgingly affirmed by the government amid mounting pressure. But don’t get comfortable; this “right” is already under siege, with the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment’s own reports highlighting the “challenges” of opt-outs and hinting at future restrictions to ensure every child gets dosed with this agenda. Back in 2023, when the groundwork was laid, Minister Norma Foley (McEntee’s predecessor) paid lip service to parental consent, but the writing was on the wall: international bodies like the Irish Human Rights and Equality Commission are pushing to limit withdrawals, claiming kids have a “right” to this so-called comprehensive education over family values. It’s a slippery slope toward mandatory indoctrination, where opting out becomes impossible. Parents, arm yourselves with templates like this one from the Irish Education Alliance to demand your child’s exemption before the door slams shut.

Parents, it’s time to wake up and rise up—our children’s futures depend on it. Click this link right now to download a powerful template drawn up by Irish Education Alliance, ready for you to send straight to your child’s school and withdraw them from this toxic brainwashing. You must act to protect the innocence of our kids from this insidious agenda that’s infiltrating every corner of education, turning schools into tools for ideological control. Open your eyes to what’s really happening: a deliberate attempt to confuse and reprogram the next generation. Don’t sit back—stand tall, fight back, and safeguard your family before it’s too late.

Parents are rightly furious, mounting a grass roots rebellion against this overreach. Across Ireland, exemption letters are flooding schools, with templates circulating on social media declaring in no uncertain terms: “Our children will not be subjected to this woke ideology.” In Cork, TD Ken O’Flynn grilled McEntee on the floor, demanding to know why such topics are being foisted on innocents without parental consent, only to be met with evasive platitudes. Reports from Northern Ireland echo this backlash, where similar RSE changes sparked campaigns like “Let Kids Be Kids,” decrying the lessons as “harmful” and stripping parents of their role as primary educators. Yet McEntee’s regime offers only token opt-outs under the Education Act, leaving families to fight tooth and nail against a system that’s supposed to serve them, not subvert them. This isn’t consultation; it’s coercion.

Worse still, peel back the layers, and you uncover a stench of conflict that reeks of cronyism. McEntee’s husband, Paul Hickey, is a high-ranking executive at AbbVie, the pharma behemoth behind Lupron—a puberty blocker peddled off-label to confused kids under the guise of “gender-affirming care.” Lupron, originally for prostate cancer, has been slammed for causing irreversible harm like bone loss and infertility, with U.S. probes into AbbVie’s aggressive marketing to minors (which has sales nearing $1 BILLION and growing for this puberty blocker drug, and stand to lose out big time if governments block the use of this drug, hence why the lobbing! Would Paul Hickey have this position if his wife was not in government? That there is a question! Maybe Mr Hickey is the one pushing this narrative? It is a question which needs to be asked, His wife is not the sharpest tool in the box as we all know, and she does what she is told to do by her husband, the WEF, the WHO, the EU all but the people of Ireland, her employers. Our inside sources tell us she is consistently on her phone, it is never out of her hand, even in meetings, let’s face the fact only got in to this corrupt government on her father’s sympathy vote after he committed suicide (as the locals in her constituency will tell you, as they have told us), but one thing is certain, Helen is looking after her husbands interests before looking after the citizens of Ireland’s children, the people she is supposed to protect as stated in our constitution – Article 40.3 ). Is it any wonder McEntee’s pushing a curriculum that sows seeds of gender confusion, potentially funnelling more Irish youth into the pharma pipeline? This isn’t public service; it’s profiteering at the expense of our children’s futures. Critics have long called out this double standard, yet McEntee sails on, untouched by scrutiny that would sink lesser politicians. She has no intention of listening to the people of Ireland and it is clear her agenda is to push this wokeness into our children, Not on our watch you won’t Helen.

If in any doubt, just watch this from our parliament only this week, where Helen Mc Entee spewing out a script because she can’t answer a simple question. The question is very simple ‘What is a Woman’ – Simple right…………….  She knows the answer. She just can’t say it. Her husband’s company has too much money to lose if there is no market for sale of puberty blockers. This individual should not be anywhere near the education of children.

This outrage doesn’t exist in a vacuum—it’s part of a globalist push by outfits like the World Economic Forum (WEF) and World Health Organisation (WHO) to embed gender ideology into education, masquerading as “parity” and “inclusion” while eroding national sovereignty and family values. From Davos elites decrying “woke” resistance to U.S. bills banning “radical gender ideology” in schools, the pattern is clear: supranational agendas are hijacking curricula to mold pliable citizens, not independent thinkers. In Ireland, we’ve traded rigorous learning for this tripe, courtesy of a government more beholden to Geneva and Brussels than to Ballyfermot or Ballina. Universities are already lost to this rot; now primaries are next. When is enough enough?

Irish parents, rise up. Opt out, protest, vote out these ideologues. Our schools must reclaim their mission: equipping kids with knowledge, not kneecapping them with confusion. Anything less is a betrayal of Ireland’s conservative soul—one that prizes family, faith, and freedom over forced conformity. Contact your TD now; the fight for our children’s minds can’t wait.
